Paws for hope foundation and paws for hope better together program WARNING health being affected just got off the phone with my doctor

 Final Statement & Direct Pre-Warning

I have just concluded a call with my physician. The severe, sustained stress and anxiety caused directly by the actions of the Paws for Hope Foundation and the Paws for Hope Better Together Program have resulted in a critical deterioration of my health, triggering severe Fibromyalgia flare-ups that now require extensive medical testing. While specific diagnostic details will remain strictly confidential between myself and my doctor to prevent misrepresentation, these physical consequences are officially documented in my medical records.

This health crisis is the direct result of the program's improper conduct first attempting an invalid termination over personal blog posts outside the program's scope, and then, just ten days after that attempt was successfully disproved, issuing a second arbitrary termination without appeal or adherence to binding standards. Despite claiming on public platforms to support disabled community members and their animals, the foundation has actively stripped away essential support from my senior dog, Zoe who remains medically necessary and disregarded my puppy, who was acquired specifically to be certified as a service dog for mobility assistance.

Utilizing my dog’s image for five years to solicit donor funds while withholding required medical support behind closed doors contradicts the foundation's stated mission. Continued blog updates and upcoming Google reviews will proceed to ensure complete public and donor transparency. Consider this a formal pre-warning: if this continuous, undue stress results in my hospitalization or further severe health complications, full responsibility lies squarely on the Paws for Hope Foundation and the Paws for Hope Better Together Program. I urge the organization to acknowledge these actions, issue an apology, rectify these breaches, and realign its focus on what truly matters: animal welfare and ethical support for disabled participants.

Final Statement & Legal Notice

Notice is hereby given that the repeated administrative actions taken by the Paws for Hope Foundation and the Paws for Hope Better Together Program violate fundamental legal standards, specifically the principle of res judicata. You issued an initial termination letter on July 6, 2026. After I formally disputed this invalid action, you returned just ten days later on July 16, 2026, with a secondary notice declaring the termination finalized and blocking any further internal appeal. Legally, you cannot repeatedly penalize and terminate a participant over the same disputed grounds. We are bound by a legal contract the Better Together Enrollment Agreement and Consent Form, signed on August 16, 2021. By arbitrarily withholding essential veterinary resources from my senior dog, Zoe, and my service-dog-in-training, you are in direct breach of this agreement and your stated mandate to support disabled community members.

Furthermore, the undue strain caused by your continuous breaches of contract has directly resulted in a documented deterioration of my physical health, specifically inducing severe Fibromyalgia flare-ups that now require extensive medical testing. I remain open to a civil resolution: immediately reinstate full program enrollment and medical care coverage for both of my dogs, at which point all related blog commentary will be permanently removed. Should the foundation refuse to honor our binding contract, I will not hesitate to pursue formal legal recourse through the courts. I will sue for damages, breach of contract, and the direct physical harm your negligence has caused. You have a choice on how to proceed; make the right one.
