I knew the termination was coming. But the thing is, they're not terminating me, they're terminating a 13-year-old senior dog, see it's just my point that I've proven already. This isn't about the animals cause if it was, you wouldn't be coming. And seeking information from my own personal blog, I can write what I want on my own personal blog. This is my own personal blog to write about whatever I want to. You can't come and nitpick and take information from my blog and use it as a reason to terminate me. It's just another thing, and another excuse to try to find a reason to terminate a 13-year-old senior dog. You're taking this out on a 13-year-old senior dog. Do you realize that? Do you understand that you should be ashamed of yourself? And I haven't breached any contract, so I don't know where. In this contract, it states that I'm not allowed to have a blog. And I'm not allowed to write about what I want in my own blog. If I want to talk about whatever the case may be. I'm allowed to talk about whatever I want on my blog. You can't stop me from doing that.And you can't use that as a reason to terminate a thirteen year old senior dog.So I hope when Dr Llewellyn gets back from his holidays that he sees this, and I hope that he takes a look at this. Because, you know what? None of this would be going on if he was here. I know that one 100%. That's why he took my case on last time. And that's why last time, when you try to give me a final warning, because a staff member said that I was disrespectful and rude, but didn't realize that I recorded the conversation. And I had the recording, and I have the recording of other staff members being disrespectful and rude to me. What I do on my personal blog has nothing to do with anything.So you taking that and using that as an excuse shows so much so much about your character Kathy Powelson this is the reactive abuse that I was talking about. You cause and create drama, you cause and create problems. You cause and create stories and lies to try to get me terminated. You've tried to do it multiple times and I have proof of it. And now you're using a blog to terminate a 13-year-old senior dog. Do you understand how disgusting that is? You are going to make a 13-year-old dog suffer because of your own opinion of what I stated on my own personal blog. I can say whatever I want on my own blog. There is nothing again. Nothing in the contract that states that I am not allowed to have a blog or have social media or talk about. My experience and again if you were to put me on CBC news like you wanted. People that were enrolled in the program to do. I would tell them the exact same thing that I've said in this blog. You are a mean person, you are a bully. And you're sitting here calling me these things and saying that I'm being this and that and everything else you should listen to yourself. You should be ashamed of yourself.And you aren't gonna get the.Reaction that you think you're gonna get out of me, because you know what you're reactive?Abuse is not gonna work with me anymore, Kathy Powelson you might make decisions, but you don't make all of them. You aren't the board of directors, president. You're the executive director so we'll leave it up to him. When he gets back and I will show him again. All the evidence I will make up an evidence package. Because you know what I got recordings, I got everything. Everything that I've stated in this blog is not a lie. I've never lied. I've never made things up. I can use whatever terminology I want to. You can't tell me how to talk now. You're trying to tell me how I should talk. I shouldn't state things this way or that way. Because it's harassment like, are you kidding me like this has to be a joke. But you know what's not funny, is, and what's not a joke is that you're taking it out on a 13-year-old senior dog. That's what's disgusting, and that's what's so harmful. She should not have to suffer the consequences. Because I made a blog and I wanted to vent. I have complex PTSD, I have fiber myelga. I had severe O. CD however I deal with my emotions or my feelings or my mental health issues is my prerogative, and my opinion, and I'm allowed to have one. You can't terminate someone because of a blog and because of the words and terminologies that i've used in the blog.So I will wait till the board of directors president is back.The one that actually makes the actual decisions because you can't actually terminate someone without the board of directors, president. And he's away right now. So when he gets back, I will be getting in contact with him. And I will be speaking with him, because you cannot do this. What you are doing is not only terminating a senior a senior thirteen year old dog, because of wordings that I stated in a personal blog, you're coming on my personal blog and reading my personal blog and using it as an excuse.And a reason to terminate my poor 13-year-old senior dog again. This shows your character. Action speak louder than words. I don't even have to speak at this point. Because you know what your actions show everything and I am going to show everybody and anybody, because I'm allowed to I can talk to whoever I want. I can post whatever I want. I can say whatever I want. It's called freedom of speech and again. There is nothing in the contract that I have breached. You have took in something that I've said in a personal blog and used it as a termination reason which is completely unacceptable. And this is why you need a human resource coordinator and you don't even have one. I am an utterly shock that you are taking this out. On a poor 13-year-old senior dog, and you know what you used her photos from 20:21 to 20:26 to get donations for your program too. That's the other part that's really unbelievable to me. So I make you donate.I help you get your program.Donations, and then you turn around and terminate my senior dog for what I have, as an opinion on my own blog. I am allowed to have my own blog. I can't express that any more than I already have.There is nothing the contract is posted on my blog and anybody can see it.There is nothing that states in the contract that I cannot have social media or talk about anything on social media again. I will bring up the fact that you ask people to state their opinion to ACB. C news reporter and talk about their experience and their enrollment in the program. It's not me that's enrolled in the program. It's my 13-year-old senior dog that is, and I am going to get in contact with that reporter and I am gonna show that reporter what you have done terminating me while the board of directors president is away and again terminating somebody because of a personal blog. You're coming on my own personal blog and reading what I'm personally writing on my blog. Anybody can read my blog sure, but the thing is, you can't use what I say in my blog and how I vent, and how I feel, or my thoughts or feelings or emotions. In that moment and use it to terminate a thirteen year old senior dog, and and and again you're not gonna get the reaction that you think you're gonna get from me Kathy Powelson because what you're doing is you're trying to trigger me and provoke me and try to get a reaction out of me and make me look like someone I'm not and make me act out of character. Cause, that's what reactive abuse is. I can prove time and time again in emails and recordings. You have done nothing but harass me, bully me. Use reasons and excuse to terminate my poor 13-year-old senior dog from the program. It's not me that's enrolled in the program. It's my 13-year-old senior dog, and I am going to keep my own feelings and my own thoughts on my own blog. It's not like I've gone on Scottsdale, veterinarians, clinic and went on their Google reviews, or went on time heads, Google reviews or went anywhere else. And said, anything bad about the program, or did anything like that? I could, but while I know, because that's is Cos four termination of the program which I'm not going to do that. But me, writing on my own personal blog is not a reason to terminate a 13-year-old senior dog. So so you can take your termination papers. And I am not going to accept them and I am not going to listen to what you have stated on there. I have posted the reasons I am showing everybody and anybody at this point cause I can. I'm allowed to. I'm allowed to have a blog and if it's hurting your character or hurting your reputation, maybe you should think about how you treat people. I'm not stating lies or making up stories on my blog. I am stating facts and truth that I can back up with recordings. And emails, so don't try to pull that with me. Don't try to nitpicking, try to find Reasons and excuses. Cause it's not gonna work with me. I want the board of directors president to contact me or I will contact him and I will have a conversation with him because Kathy you might be in charge in certain things. And certain aspects of the program, but you definitely are in charge of something like this. The board of directors president is, and if he is agreeing with this or has agreed with this i would be an utter shock. Because he is the one that has took it on zoe's care and he is the one that is Zoe's vet and he knows as a vet that it is important that a senior dog gets care and it is very vital that a 13-year-old dog has care. So I would be completely and utterly in shock. If he has agreed to this decision, because Kathy yet again, if you're reading my blog, which that's your choice, that's your decision or other board members are, that's your choices. And your decisions, but you cannot use my blog to terminate me from a program. You cannot do that and it and again. I have to state, and I have to emphasize this. You are not terminating or kicking me out of the program.You are terminating, a poor thirteen year old senior dog that it needs care and it is vital that a thirteen year old senior dog has care and the board of directors, president Dr Llewellyn knows that? So I hope that when he gets back, I have a conversation with him. Because honestly, I am just in utter shock. That a program is using blog post to terminate a 13-year-old dog from a program. She is an innocent 13-year-old dog. Just like an innocent puppy, same thing. You care for animals, you care for people. Well, your actions show otherwise.And again, that's my opinion is to state.That is my right to state.That and say that here in my own blog.
