Unacceptable Termination and Treatment After 5 Years of Program Participation
I am writing to formally address the unacceptable treatment I received regarding my 13-year-old senior dog and puppy.
-Long-Standing Relationship: I participated faithfully in this program from 2021 to 2026.
-Lack of Civility: Sudden termination without civil discussion violates basic professional standards.
-Vulnerable Animals Impacted: This abrupt decision directly harms a senior dog and a growing puppy.
-Expectation of Respect: A five-year history warrants working through issues together, regardless of circumstances.
Dismissing a dedicated participant without trying to resolve matters civilly is completely unacceptable. I expect a formal response and a review of this decision.
